Scott Herrick - COO/Owner

Has been in the industry since spring of 1991. He has performed many different functions from ice rink installations to purchasing, marketing, budgeting, bidding, financing, shipping, inventory control and much more. Scott has been involved in over 100 ice rink construction projects in his 19 years in the industry.

Gary Roller - President/Owner

Has been in the industry since 1988. Gary has been a project manager for most of the ice rinks he has been involved with. He has performed all of the tasks needed to operate a small company. Gary has a technical background, which makes him a vital part of the company.

Daryl Cox - Refrigeration Engineer

Has been in the industry since 1963. He was one of the founders of Holmsten Ice Rinks who dominated the ice rink business for over 20 years. He has designed many of the refrigeration concepts used today to operate the refrigeration packages. He has been involved in the construction of close to 800 ice rinks around the world. Daryl is a leader and innovator in the ice rink industry. Daryl has the ability to design, consult, and construct ice rinks around the world.

Michael Elam - Sales Executive

Has been in the industry since 1993 holding down many different positions within the industry. Mike has been involved in managing two different ice arenas and the construction of approximately 50 new facilities. Mike graduated from Red Wing Technical College with a degree in Arena & Recreational Facility Management. Mikes wide range of knowledge from all sides of the industry has proven to be beneficial for Arena Systems as well as the end user.

Chris Schneider - Project Manager

Chris has been installing ice rinks around the country for over 5 years. Chris has great skills in building ice rink floors with excellent problem solving skills. We are fortunate to have Chris’s abilities of construction which came from the many years in the building and remodeling industry. He is continually broadening his refrigeration knowledge with the help of Daryl Cox and the supporting cast.

Robert Bennett - Installer

Rob has a strong electrical background as well as good installation skills.

Troy Pappas - Sales Manager

Has been in the industry since 1992. Troy has been involved with many different functions of the ice rink business. He has spent many years in the dasher board and resurfacer sector of the industry. He has also supplied accessories and owned a business manufacturing dasher boards. Troy has been involved in many refrigeration projects.

Marilyn Brinker - Administrative Assistant

Is our secretary and has been with us since 1996. She talks to all of our customers and vendors and has developed many great relationships with many of them. She handles the accounts receivable and payable, phones, payroll, shipping, inventory control and much more.
